Hey my loves! As you all know I live in Finland, and it is amazinng(: So well, I just wanted to list some few random facts and all that goood stuff about Finland. ( Can you belive that much people don't know that much about Finland!! ) *cries* Anyways..
-Finland is the most democratic country in the world!!
-It's the home of Santa Clause (:
-More than thousand islands in Finland..
-Every year we have an ice swimming contest (like seriously who does this?)
-We have a topless winter jog race !! (Swear to God!)
-The UN voted that Finland is the best country to live in !! *Woot woot*
-We speak both Finnish & Swedish !
-Over half of the country is covered by forest
-December 6th is our Independence Day!
-Our President is a female (: Her name is Tarja Halonen

Tokidoki Lipstain

I am not a huge fan of lip stains. But when I went shopping a few weeks ago I came across Tokidoki's really cute lipstain. I really Love this lip stain a lot!!:D I am obsessed with it, I wear it everyday...pretty much wherever I go. The packaging is super cute. It comes in 4 diffrent shades I belive..but I got the shade donutella. Its like a pinkish lip stain and its gorgeous! It even smells haha yes it is scented!! Karelian Pies (with rice filling)

Finnish Cuisine is one of my favorites...and no not just beacause I am Finnish. Haha but seiroulsy...Finnish food is the best ever (personal opinion....don't hate) One of my favorite meals is Karjalanpiirakat. They are like little pies with a type of filling in it. But anyways, I challenge you guys to make some Karjalanpiirkat tonight! Or this weekend or whenever you go to the store, and tell me what you think about it! I would love to hear your guy's reviews (:

Pastry: 3/4 cup (2 dl) water 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 1/4 cups (3 dl) rye flour 3/4 cup (2 dl) whiteflour Filling: Rice pudding or 1/2 portion mashed potatoes 1 egg 3/4 cup (2 dl) boiling milk 3 Tbsp melted butter for brushing the pasties

Karjalanpiirakat Resepti Directions: Prepare the filling and mix in one egg. Mix together the water, salt and flour. Shape the dough into a long rope the thickness of your wrist and cut into 20 equal portions. Shape the pieces into flat round cakes and form into a pile at the side of the baking table. Roll out each cake into a very thin circle. Set aside, but not on top of each other or they will stick together. Fill the center of each with the rice pudding or mashed potatoes, fold over the edges and pinch tightly. Bake for a short time in a hot oven.
